SPA ATTIRE
Comfortable robes, slippers, towels, as well as personal lockers are provided for you during your visit. We recommend you to leave all your valuables at home or in the Hotel safe, since we cannot be hold responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
CANCELATION
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your treatment, we kindly ask you to inform us about it at least 3 hours before scheduled treatment. Otherwise, 50% of the treatment price will be charged to your room, as remuneration for untimely cancelation.
DON’T BE LATE
We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier for your treatment, in order to make all necessary preparations for the treatment. Bear in mind that, if you’re late, there’s possibility for your treatment to be shortened, in order to comply with other scheduled appointments of our clients. The treatment will be charged in full amount.
Health condition
We kindly ask you to inform us on all your health issues or special needs before your treatment. If you’re pregnant or if you have high blood pressure, we kindly ask you to avoid all treatments that include exposure to the heat.
SOFT VOICE, PEACEFUL MIND
We kindly ask you to make soft conversations in entire SPA, as it is experience of relaxation for you, and for other guests as well.
GRATUITIES
If you’re satisfied with your SPA experience and you wish to leave the gratuities, they will be accepted with gratitude. The amount of gratuity is at guest’s own discretion and it is not included in our service price.
MOBILE PHONE POLICY
We understand your need to stay in touch. However, for the benefit of our guests, use of the mobile phones in SPA and Wellness is not allowed.
SWIMMING POOLS
The large swimming pool can be used by guests of all ages, considering that the children under 3 must wear swim diapers.
The use of the medium-size pool is allowed only for persons over 18 years of age - ADULTS-ONLY POOL.
The small swimming pool can be used by children of all ages, considering that the children under 3 must wear swim diapers.
CHILDREN IN SPA
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult person.
Children under 14 are not allowed in sauna and relaxation zone.
