Yoga flow - this is a combined style of vinyasa, hatha & kriya yoga.
The main focus is combining breath with movement. Through movement, we build strength physically and mentally.
The breath connection works with energy and deepening awareness. The class will have a meditation at the end.
Sunset yoga - is open to all levels.
This is a slow hatha flow that is perfect for strengthening the nervous system and ending your day with balance.
The class will have a mindful meditation at the end.
